Dynamo Rangers 0 v 6 Euxton
With a few 1st team players out, and a few debutants in Rangers worked hard in the game but were beaten by a strong experience Euxton team. Leah went in goal 1st half and made some excellent saves. Milli and Jess worked hard in defence with Ashliegh, Courtney and Kelly battling hard in midfield. 2nd half saw Molly and Ruby come into play and they worked hard. Milli went in goal and made some great saves. Leah and Courtney had great chances to score but it just wasn’t our day. WOM went to Courtney.
Dynamo Rangers 6 v 4 Birkdale
Rangers started superbly with Courtney making some excellent runs and scoring her hat trick with style. Jess and Kelly worked hard in defence but credit to Birkdale for scoring 2 fine goals. Courtney then turned provider laying a great ball for WOM Milli to score her 1st ever goal before netting her 4th to make it 5 – 2 at the break. 2nd half saw Carrie and Ashliegh come on, with changes on Brikdale seeing goalie come out to play in defence. Rangers couldn’t get a clean shot at goal and birkdale scored 2 more goals to make for a frantic last few minutes. However a clearance by Birkdale saw the ball roll to Milli at the half way line. Milli launched the ball superbly into the back of the net scoring the goal of the game and securing victory.
